Ms Nandita S. Jha has joined as Teachers Associate in Faculty of Law, Chanakya National Law University, Patna in January 2014. She has done her B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Hidayatullah National Law University in 2010. She has worked in an Infrastructure Company as Legal Officer for a year before going for her master’s degree. She has done her Masters in Corporate Law and Criminal Law. Her specialisation subjects are International Trade and Investment, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate and Securities Laws. Before joining CNLU she was working as Faculty in NIMT College, affiliated to CCSU University, U.P. She has attended many National & International Conferences & has presented a research paper in many of them. She also has some national publications and workshops to her credit. She has extensive internship experience in all areas of the legal industry. Her areas of academic interest include World Trade Law, Corporate & Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
Abdul Qadir Abbasi, an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University has qualified Supreme Court of India's Advocate on Record (AoR) examination 2019. He completed his BALLB (Hons) from the Faculty of Law, AMU in 2013 and started a law practice in civil, criminal, service and revenue matters.
Prof Dr R. Venkata Rao is the former Vice-Chancellor of the National Law School of India University, Banglore. He has served for 31 years in the Faculty of Law, Andhra University in various capacities. He was Director of Centre of Criminal Justice Andhra University from 1997-2009. He served as the Vice-Chancellor of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore for a period of 10 years, 2 months and 21 days, before being appointed as the Chairperson of the Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies and Vivekananda schools of English Studies.
Worked as Lecturer in Law at C. R. Law College, Hisar from 01-07-2010 to 05-02-2018. Presently working as Assistant Professor in law at LC-II, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi.
