Under this specialization students will understand the company dealings with the planning, forecasting, and production, or marketing of products at all stages of the product lifecycle. Product information of companies is also dealt.
The topics included are integrating people, data, processes and business systems. The production manager has to develop strategies and tactics which should be best for company’s profit and growth. Other responsibilities consist of product development and product marketing. A production manager also keeps pace with fulfilling the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share, and profit margins. Students will also be trained to do market analysis.
